Senior Manager of Compensation
We’re working with a fast-growing animal healthcare provider to hire a strategic Senior Manager of Compensation. This ambitious company (4,000+ employees) has over 70 facilities nationwide with plans to open another 30 sites in 2024. On offer is a base salary in the region of $150k, plus bonus, unlimited PTO, excellent benefits and a phenomenal work culture. This role will be based onsite in Westchester County (NY) on a hybrid basis (3 days per week). It will be a mixture of strategic and hands-on.
In this pivotal individual contributor role, you will be tasked with taking on exciting project-based work alongside traditional compensation duties. Our client is seeking an entrepreneurial type of figure who can be highly consultative when engaging with senior leadership and confidently present, advise and execute broad compensation plans. Previous experience in rapidly growing companies would be useful, as would those who have supported both full-time and hourly employees.
