Employer Branding Manager – Technology
We are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a travel technology company on a newly created Employer Branding opportunity. The firm currently offer numerous services across 9 markets in Southeast Asia and have successfully positioned themselves as one of the market leaders within their industry space. As they expand their reach in Singapore, their aim is to position themselves as a market leader for the Singapore business whilst leveraging off of their existing and successful presence in Southeast Asia.
The Employer Branding Manager will come in to establish the employer branding space for the business whilst building employee and marketing campaigns to build the brand’s identity across the Singapore market. You’ll be responsible for developing, managing and implementing the employer branding strategy across all channels whilst liaising with relevant stakeholders and department heads to effectively streamline a positive employer branding message for the business.
The suitable individual should bring a thorough understanding and demonstrated experience within the employer branding space across sizeable technology / startup environments. You’ll have a demonstrated track record of building successful employer branding marketing campaigns and tool usage across diversified platforms, whilst knowing how to promote best practices and branding across the business. You’ll be someone who is extremely resourceful, innovative with a passion for creativity and building a positive brand awareness across a growing organisation.
