  • Analysing and providing insight and recommendations on non-standard and exception-based compensation models, providing guidance to HR Business Partners
  • Keeping abreast of external compensation trends, and recommending changes or further investigation where appropriate
  • Preparing ad hoc reports from Excel and conducting research and analysis using data visualization tools, then identifying actionable insights and make recommendations
  • Assessing and analysing external market data and internal equity information
  • Conducting external compensation surveys and preparing detailed analyses and recommendations based on the results
  • Creating materials to effectively communicate compensation plans, policies and practices to the HR team, managers, and employees

To be considered for this role you must have proven ability as a compensation analyst, ideally for multiple geographies. You should have an analytical and continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to work effectively in an ever-changing environment. Being adaptable is key along with strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills. You should have a strong understanding of compensation practices within different jurisdictions.

The role is offering a highly competitive compensation package including a substantial bonuses and the opportunity to work in a newly created, global role.
