Administrative/HR Assistant
Our client, a growing non-profit, is seeking an Administrative/HR Assistant to work with their HR and Operations team in Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging travel, reconciling expenses, and handling various Human Resource tasks.
You’ll have previous 2-3 years of Admin/HR experience and knowledge in MS Office, Google Suite, and OneDrive. You’ll be proactive and forward-thinking, anticipate other colleagues needs, have a “let me take this workload off your desk” mindset, and bring warmth and genuineness to the environment. The position is hybrid; one day a week onsite and four days remote.
