Allocation & Development Manager
Our client is a leading, global law firm seeking a Staffing/Professional Development Manager who will support the development of their legal talent through coaching, advising and staffing as they navigate their career with the firm. The role is hybrid in Midtown NYC.
This role will have strong exposure across levels, from Associates through Partners, and excellent relationship building skills are critical to success as you navigate and balance attorney career development priorities with staffing logistics. The firm is seeking a similar staffing, resource management, professional development background, or would consider a professional with transferable skills stemming from experience in L&D, talent development, recruiting or generalist roles. Experience within professional services is highly preferred.
