We are currently partnering exclusively with a global shipping company with offices based in Singapore. They are looking for someone to join the HR team as a Compensation & Benefits Manager to manage all things; Compensation, Benefits & Reward related across the region, supported by a small team. Reporting in to the CHRO you will be responsible for managing Reward Strategy, annual compensation & benefits processes and projects and managing and developing the team.
You will be a Compensation and Benefits Manager ideally operating in a Regional or Global capacity preferably within another shipping or logistics organisation as part of a professional and high performing team. You will also have experience managing a small team. You will also be comfortable performing in a strategic and operational / hands on role.
Due to the organisation's affirmed support and commitment to developing a Singaporean core, this role is only available to Singaporeans.
