About Our Client
A rare opportunity to join a global bank with an established successful track record worldwide. They are looking for a APAC Head of HR Front Office Business Partnering (Global Markets & IB) to provide strategic HR leadership to the business to align the people strategy with the business strategy and drive the implementation of people processes to enable business performance in the region.
Reporting in to the Regional Managing Director (HR), you will work directly with the Global Markets & IB leadership team in driving and spearheading changes to the organisation. You will ensure that the business has the people and organisational capabilities to support the business growth objectives through the provision of strategic customer focused HR solutions. Your team of VPs & AVPs will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function including talent management, talent acquisition, rewards and recognition, learning and development, employee relations supported by the CoEs. Key to your success will be your ability to engage the senior leaders on a strategic level.
The Successful Applicant
This person will be currently operating in a Executive Director role within another global banking organisation, specifically partnering with Global Markets and / or Front Office Investment Banking in a Regional or Global HR Business Partner capacity. They will have a track record managing a team of Regional VP's and AVP's and be comfortable managing HR Strategy, Change & annual HR processes in a complex matrix environment.
