We are pleased to be collaborating with a Singapore-headquartered conglomerate to appoint a Human Resources Information Systems (SAP Successfactors) Manager into their HR team. Led by their mission of bettering lives, the client boasts a diverse portfolio spanning business verticals relating to hospitality, food & beverages etc. Likewise, promoting total well-being remains top priority for the HR team, hence their commitment towards sourcing for a solutions-oriented HRIS practitioner (circa. up to $120k base per annum) who can help raise employee experience. This is a team management role based in Singapore.

Reporting into the Head of HR Shared Services, the successful individual will lead a team of three to provide both business-as-usual and project support on all HRIS matters. While Successfactors has been implemented with major modules onboarded for more than five years, the platform is due for a major revamp, hence collaborating closely with colleagues working across different functions within and beyond HR forms the bedrock of the scope. This means understanding extant needs, identifying gaps, gathering design requirements and proposing solutions to enhance relevant workflows. More importantly, you will work together with the Head of HRSS to define the HRIS roadmap for the organisation, which is constantly evolving in accordance to business objectives. In essence, this is a highly strategic role that involves weaving together HR needs and relevant technological affordances.

This will require a HRIS practitioner with demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience across the SAP Successfactors lifecycle, from implementation to maintenance and enhancement/revision. Experience with the use of data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Qualtrics) will be highly favoured due to the data-driven culture that the client is facilitating. Aside from possessing the technical aforementioned know-hows, the incoming should have led teams for at least two-three years as the ability to set professional developmental goals will help overall productivity for the longer-term.
