We are currently partnering exclusively with a global logistics & shipping company with offices based in Singapore. They are looking for someone to join the HR team as an APAC Talent Management Lead to manage all things; Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management & Development related. Reporting in to the CHRO you will be responsible for managing Talent Management and Development; strategy, annual processes, programmes and operations across the region working closely with the business heads.

You will be a Talent Manager ideally operating in a Regional or Global capacity preferably within another shipping or logistics organisation as part of a professional and high performing team. You will also be comfortable performing in a strategic and operational / hands on role working closely with leadership.

Location: Singapore
