My client, a large group based in Dubai, are recruiting for an Assistant Compensation & Benefits Manager to support the Head of Reward on multiple projects. This is a new role and will have one direct report.

The role will support the design, development, enhancement and implementation of Reward policies.

Duties will include –

  • Providing a comprehensive compensation and benefits advisory service to Business Units covering all aspects of the Reward life cycle.
  • Supporting the development of the strategy for the Reward function, in conjunction with the Reward Director
  • Assessing the competitive position of the Group compensation and benefits structure by analysing market data, monitoring employee information, identifying leading industry and competitor practices
  • Managing the job evaluation and salary review processes
  • Managing the company benefits and reviewing

You must have advanced excel skills and have previously worked with Oracle. Hay Job Evaluation experience and knowledge is also required. Regional experience is preferred with 3-5 years experience in an Senior Analyst / Junior Manager role with the ambition to develop.
