Our client is a global Law firm with a base in Singapore and have engaged our services [exclusively] for an Assistant HR & Recruitment to join a successful business. This person will act as the key support for the HR Manager and independently manage: Recruitment, Graduate Recruitment, Graduate Training, Induction as well as generalist HR activity such as ER, wellbeing, engagement and diversity.
The HR team is small, friendly and collaborative and there is flexibility for making sure the team are exposed to any aspects of HR that in line with their development goals - so a great place to learn! The population across Singapore is around 200 and there are dedicated HR operations specialists so limited HR administration is attached to the role.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Used to managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Come with strong emotional intelligence
- Able to use their own initiative and act independently
This business is person centric, as a result there will not be set policies and procedures in place - so this person will use their initiative to help navigate 'grey' areas, use a common sense approach and build strong long-lasting relationships across APAC and globally.
