This leading professional services firm is looking for an Assistant HR Manager to join its team. Based in the City this is a varied and diverse HR role which will see you supporting both the fee earning and business services teams. Supporting on a range of generalist duties this role is perfect for a Senior Officer/Adviser looking for the next step in their HR career.
Reporting into the Head of HR you will support and help shape the people agenda across the business and also assist in the delivery of initiatives. In a very visible role you will be the key adviser on ER issues for both the fee earning and business services functions. Working on a range of HR projects as well, this is a pivotal role for the team and is perfect for a candidate ready to progress upwards from an Officer or Advisory role. Working as part of a collaborative and collegiate team this is a great role for the right candidate.
Successful candidates will have solid ER experience and will have ideally gained experience in a partnership environment. You will ideally be CIPD qualified and have a solid HR background ideally gained in profess services.
