About our client
Our client is a leading international corporation within the FMCG industry. As part of its ongoing commitment to improve their operations in Asia, they are now looking to recruit an Assistant HR Manager to join their growing team.
Reporting to the Director of HR, you will cover the full HR operations, with a strong focus on payroll and compensation and benefits. You will manage the full monthly end-to-end payroll processes and all statutory submissions, payments and claims, e.g. CPF contributions, employee earnings and tax clearance filing and more. You will be managing the payroll processes for a headcount of more than 200 people with 1 payroll run cycle per month You will support the compensation and benefits programs, together with their HRIS systems. You should be able to provide advisory service to employees on HR matters and execute policies and ensure compliance of procedures.
The successful applicant
Ideally, you should possess at least 5 years of progressive HR experience having mastered the full end to end employee life cycle, operations and more recently have been managing payroll. You should be equipped with a degree in HR or its equivalence. The candidate should have the interest and the ability to ensure payroll is delivered at a high accuracy level and on time. You should have a minimum of 2 years of C&B experience as well to be able to support C&B programs that are rolling out within the group. Also, the ideal candidate should possess strong communication and presentation skills as you will need to influence decision making.
