Our client, a top-tier global financial services firm, are seeking a technical DC pensions specialist to join their growing team. Based in an iconic Docklands skyscraper, your role will help to manage risk for hundreds of millions of pounds worth of assets.
You will help to design, service and monitor the firm's Defined Contribution Pension schemes. You will manage the relationship with suppliers, and work with them to improve employee engagement with the pensions schemes. You will work closely with governance committees and ensure regulatory compliance. You will support on pensions scheme design and implementation.
Previous experience of managing DC pensions in a complex business is essential as this will be heavily relied upon by the firm. Knowledge of historical pensions arrangements and experience of working on a variety of pensions and benefits projects will make you an asset across the function. A pensions or actuarial qualification (full or part-qualified) is highly desirable, however the firm will consider candidates with equivalent experience.
