Our client is a global premium Financial Services firm with a base in Singapore. They have engaged our services for an Assistant Vice President, Global HRIS to join the team. They are a premium firm that uses the latest that technology has to offer and are growing their busy HR team. This person will be responsible for driving a high performance and long-termism culture.
Reporting to the HR Vice President, you will be a partner to the HR and IT team, business stakeholders and will be responsible for managing the designing and implementation of HR systems. You will lead the testing and training and be the key point of contact for system integrations and process improvements. You will manage the integrity of HR systems and data of the company to ensure operational effectiveness, focusing on analysing and resolving production issues.
You should be able to influence and advise HR teams and line management to manage the systems effectively. You will also own, drive, design and deliver Human Resource projects impacting managers, employees or stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for someone with the ability to partner and facilitate global HR professionals in delivering their HR initiatives and daily operations. Ideally, you would possess a degree with at least 7 years of experience in HRIS. You possess strong stakeholder management skills and still prepared to "roll up your sleeves" and "walk the ground".
