Assistant VP, HR & Strategic Initiatives
Our client is currently seeking an AVP, HR Operations based in NJ. In this role you will play a crucial role in providing leadership and development of human resources services, policies, and programs to support the mission and priorities of the business. You will oversee the design, implementation and management of a multi-year strategic plan and collaborate with the senior leadership. Additionally, this individual will oversee the HR Operations function and collaborate with HR leadership to establish operational plans. You will Provide strategic direction to HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and policy functions, while remaining hands-on as a functional lead.
The ideal candidate will have 10 plus years of progressive HR experience with 5 years in a leadership role. Excellent negotiation and mediation skills and strong interpersonal skills will be required. This position will be hybrid with 2-3 days in the office.
