The Associate Manager, Compensation is part of the Compensation team within the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE). In this role, you will contribute value to the organization by:
- Managing day-to-day compensation activities. Providing timely and accurate expert advice on remuneration in alignment with established policies.
- Driving stakeholder empowerment through a continuous improvement mindset, aiming for increased efficiency and simplicity by developing or utilizing tools, meaningful reports, and reviewing processes.
- Serving as a compensation partner for HR teams, providing expert solutions where rewards are involved.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on compensation-related topics, from individual cases to smaller projects requiring internal and external market analyses.
- Ensure fair grading of all positions following global grading guidelines.
- Manage annual compensation processes, including benchmarking, salary planning, salary review, and equity analysis, under the guidance of the Senior Manager Compensation.
- Analyze current local compensation practices and review for harmonization across the region.
- Participate in HR projects involving compensation analyses and process improvement.
- Lead compensation activities for integrations in specific business areas.
