We are currently working on an Associate Director of Compensation at an e-commerce company based in South Florida. The ideal candidate will have 10 plus years of compensation experience and 3 years of management experience. We are seeking someone that is comfortable working in a high growth, fast-paced environment. This individual must be comfortable working with c-suite executives and also rolling up your sleeves. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and functional compensation expertise for the corporate and customer service center employees. This role will also be responsible for compensation communications, and compliance, and will partner with the Total Rewards Lead in setting the strategy and philosophy for total compensation strategy across the organization.
