Our client, a leading non-profit organization is currently seeking a strategic Associate Director of HR and Benefits. In this role, you will manage the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. Day to day operations include: support for benefits administration, payroll, workforce data analysis. This role will be part of team that provides human resources and benefits services to support an employee-oriented, communicative, high-performing and goal-oriented work environment. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in HR/Benefits, and strong technical and presenation skills.
