The role reports into the Director of Human Resources, and requires a professional who possesses both executive presence and a propensity for people management.
This position possesses substantial exposure to employee relations matters across the firm, overseeing internal practices including talent acquisition, succession planning and disciplinary matters overall. It is additionally imperative that applicants are comfortable managing functions such as immigration activity and performance management initiatives at the firm. The former will require the prospective candidate to work closely with internal counsel in the processing of both visa and Green Card applications, while the latter will consist of heavily guiding management through their own employee appraisal processes. The role additionally partners with both the CHRO and Director of Human Resources, overseeing functions such as employee compensation and change initiatives internally.
