Are you a capable HR Generalist and do you have ambitions to become an HR Business Partner? We have a brand-new client, a specialist consultancy that have now established a global presence, with major hubs in most of the major cities around the world. We are delighted to be recruiting exclusively for a newly created, Associate HR Business Partner role in their London office.

Reporting into the Global Head of HR, this role will advise and partner with leaders across the business and will see you take ownership of client groups in the United Kingdom. The role has a broad generalist remit and will see you taking the lead on employee lifecycle and employee relations matters. You will also be partnering with your colleagues to deliver some amazing people initiatives across the business - so there is a huge amount of scope to develop.

The culture of the organisation is fast paced, so decisions are made quickly and you can make things happen. You will have the leadership of an outstanding Head of HR who will challenge, stretch and elevate your development. More so, you will be able to play a key role in the strategic direction of the business and their people agenda.

They have a mature approach to work and as such, will offer you a great deal of flexibility and autonomy to work at your best. Their offices are based right near St. Pauls (Central London) and the culture of the office is vibrant and sociable.

This role would be an excellent next step for a capable HR Generalist who is looking to take on their next challenge and partner closely with the business. This role will see you building strong relationships with a diverse group of people, including those in senior leadership positions - so your strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills will come in handy.

We aren't necessarily looking for candidates who have done this all before, but more so looking for capable HR professionals who are ready to take on this challenge. You will ideally need to bring a couple of years' generalist HR experience and a solid grounding in employee relations is essential.
