Our firm is currently working on a search with a well-known healthcare-facing non-profit for an Associate Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Best fitting candidates will possess a decade or more of experience in the recruiting space, ideally within the healthcare sector.
This role will require the selected candidate to operate in a high-volume recruiting environment by both actively recruiting and designing talent acquisition strategy internally. The environment itself is very hands-on in nature, requiring substantial inter-borough travel to meet the staffing needs of the organization. To properly thrive in this role you must be comfortable managing staff, and possess an open mind in terms of community empowerment.
