This client group is complex and challenging, with over 3000 employees spread across EMEA and APAC, plus the UK. My client will require either experience in the front office environment, or a background supporting a highly matrixed population. There will be many chances to take on more complex project work, lead on hands on operational engagement within a transformational business unit and work with strategic HR leaders who are driving a changing HR agenda.
Exposure to data and analytics is key as the position will work alongside dedicated CoE's internally to build best practice HR initiatives within the division. Acting as part of a team of global HRBP's this role will suit a generalist who enjoys collaborating and working within a fast paced team.
Client facing will be a day to day challenge with the role given some autonomy to manage and support fairly senior commercial leaders, so this will need somebody looking for that direct facing relationship with the business. Ideally the successful candidate can demonstrate an ability to speak in commercial jargon and shape the business agenda through targeted HR support.
