As a Senior Benefits Advisor, you will support the new Head of Benefits in reviewing existing benefits and pension plans, and ensure the firm remains competitive in the market. You'll help to develop new policies, processes and benefit schemes, making sure the firm's benefits offering is fit for purpose. You'll have strong visibility in the business and will help to roll out schemes globally.
Your experience of managing employee benefits and pensions schemes will be a major benefit to our client. Your skill at liaising with providers and brokers and negotiating the best deals will help you make the most of this position. The Head of Benefits will rely on you for full support, you will work closely with the wider business and present to senior stakeholders.
