Our internationally acclaimed media client is looking for a Benefits Advisor to assist them during a particularly busy period. This could be a great opportunity to develop your experience of international employee benefits. This is a fixed-term contract for 4-6 months, based in their office in West London. There may be the possibility of the role being extended or made permanent.
You will enter during an exciting time for employee benefits at the business. They are working on projects to harmonise international benefits and look at their pensions offering, at the same time as entering renewals season and reviewing their entire benefits offering to ensure they are getting the best value for money. You will assist with these projects, as well as managing relationships with external providers and answering employee queries. You will keep their database and flexible benefits platform updated, ensuring the business can rely on accurate information.
Your experience of managing a flexible benefits platform like Thomsons Online, Zest or Aon will enable you to hit the ground running, as most of their benefits are managed through their platform. Employees will rely on you as their first point of contact for benefits enquiries, and you will need to be comfortable handling complex and challenging queries. Experience of managing benefits in other countries would be beneficial but is not essential, and this could be a great opportunity to gain your first experience of global pensions and benefits. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will heavily relied upon by the Benefits team.
