Seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to support the benefits programs and ensure employees receive the best possible experience with their benefits on a global scale. What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Benefits Analyst, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day administration of the global benefits programs, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and employee satisfaction. You will work closely with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to provide efficient benefits administration and resolve employee queries.
- Manage the daily administration of employee benefit programs, including health insurance, pension plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for benefit brokers, insurers, and other external vendors.
- Oversee and facilitate Workday Benefit administration, including employee enrolments, terminations, annual updates, and system enhancements.
- Maintain the accuracy of employee benefit data within Workday and collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate monthly reporting.
- Provide guidance to employees on benefits-related inquiries, researching and resolving issues in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate various ongoing and seasonal benefit programs.
- Reconcile benefit invoices and ensure timely payment processing.
- Keep the company intranet up to date with relevant plan documents, policies, and forms.
- Assist in benefits team projects such as plan renewals, year-end reporting, benefit-in-kind cost calculations, and compliance audits.
- Support ad hoc benefits-related projects as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
My client is seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior HR/Benefits administration experience, preferably within a global or financial services organisation.
- Exposure to international benefits administration is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas), with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience working with Workday or a similar HRIS platform.
- Ability to use sound judgment and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong numeracy, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with employees, leadership, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
