A renowned global tech business with its central office hub in London now looks to hire a benefits analyst on a permanent basis. You will have the privilege of mostly remote working with only one onsite day encouraged as well as a vibrant, friendly, and bubbly benefits team supporting over 5,000 colleagues. You will hit the ground running and take ownership of benefits inductions, vendor management, and processing across the UK, EMEA, and APAC regions with full autonomy and trust from your team.

In this role you will guarantee efficient daily operations within the employee benefits team, assisting with the administration of employee benefit programs and the online complete reward platform. The chosen candidate will contribute to the transformation of our benefits package offerings as well as some supporting significant projects on a global scale.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handling our benefits inbox, serving as the first point of reference for all requests on employee perks, and being responsible for the prompt answering of issues and inquiries.
  • Maintain that all benefit and reward costs are handled appropriately, including monitoring expenditures, PO creation, issuing invoices, reconciling accounts, and responding to questions from the finance department.
  • Maintain relationships with benefits vendors, cross-referencing and checking their performance against service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with the benefits system provider to guarantee accurate benefit reports in time for payroll processing. Collaborate with the benefits system provider to guarantee accurate benefit reports in time for payroll processing.
  • Assume the task of reviewing and correcting data bugs and concerns from a reporting perspective.
  • Ensure that all monthly tasks and cyclical processes are completed before deadlines.
  • Expected to take responsibility for ensuring all paperwork and documentation with regards to benefits are kept accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensuring procedures and policies are recorded into a manual for use across the department.

The role offers a competitive package of up to £50,000 p.a. plus up to a 10% bonus. You will benefit from an agile and hybrid working model and be given autonomy and will be comfortable with working to tight deadlines.
