A truly global financial services business is now looking to recruit a Benefits Consultant to join their Chester office and support their EMEA population with the design review and implementation of benefits programs. Reporting into their Head of Benefits, you will collaborate with a diverse group of HR colleagues who cover the entire Wellness and Health spectrum and lean heavily into evolving the Bank's EVP. You will be the primary point of contact for benefits in EMEA and will on a day to day basis, and will partner with benefits consultants across the EMEA Pensions and Benefits Team to ensure plans, programs are robust and deliver effective designs that are commercially sound and compliant with local legislation. This will include partnering with sourcing teams, the project management office and the vendor management team to ensure new vendors are selected and on-boarded with service levels and KPIs that clearly reflect the service requirement. You will work to review the performance of vendors on a regular basis along with vendor management to ensure an excellent service is delivered to bank employees, whilst adhering to bank policies and governance, collecting, consolidating and enhancing vendor metrics to ensure KPI and SLA's are met, identify opportunities for vendor consolidation and simplify vendor contracts, and working with brokers across the region to develop vendor panels to simplify the vendor review process.
As a result the Bank is looking to meet Benefits Managers or Benefits Consultants who have extensive experience in the management of benefits in the UK and EMEA. A PMI or IEBA qualifications would be helpful, together with excellent communications skills, with the ability to simplify and communicate complex information. You will have excellent project management skills, be solutions focused with an ability to determine not only the issue but the potential solution. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to construct dashboards and consolidate management information from different sources is key.
