Up to 55k base salary, non-exempt, plus bonus
Our client is a national law firm seeking a Benefits Coordinator to support their full suite of benefits offerings including healthcare (medical, dental, vision), retirement, leaves of absence, disability, life insurance and other programs.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed across all areas of benefits and will have experience advising employees, partnering with vendors, administering open enrollment processes and managing on-going benefits changes via HR systems.
This is a stable and high-performing environment where the Benefits Coordinator will have the opportunity to partner with and learn from a Benefits Manager and Head of HR in a close-knit team environment.
