Benefits Integration Manager (Interim)
Frazer Jones are pleased to be partnering with a global financial services business that require an employee benefits expert to support with a benefits project as a result of M&A activity. The business group consists of over one hundred thousand employees globally. The business entity you’ll be working for consists of circa five thousand staff and they have recently acquired another business that means a benefits integration and harmonisation is required.
Reporting into the HR Director for Europe and APAC, you’ll also work closely with a Benefits Manager and a Payroll Integration Project Manager. You’ll act as the main liaison with the vendors to determine the best course of action for roll-out and integration. You’ll determine all internal procedures and controls that will in place from employee day one and ensure these are executed effectively for a positive employee experience. This role will be a 12 month contract (either as a FTC or day rate role).
To be considered for this position you must have at least 6 years international benefits experience and have worked on M&A related benefits projects in the past. Ideally you will be able to give examples of where you have navigated global matrix companies in the past and worked well with various vendors and systems. The role will offer £75-95k depending on experience and they offer a 2 day per week hybrid office working set-up.
