This global financial services firm are looking for an experienced Benefits Manager for a 12 month maternity cover contract. They have a fast-paced culture and are constantly seeking to improve their processes and Benefits offering.
Reporting in the Head of HR and with one direct report, you will take responsibility for the operational delivery of employee benefits for employees in 30 countries, playing a key role in the business. You will develop new benefits and wellbeing products, driving strategic change in alignment with the firm's wellbeing philosophy. You will lead the annual renewal process and liaise with brokers and providers, ensuring that the Benefits function is operating effectively. You'll take the lead on a number of strategic projects and ensure that the Benefits offering remains competitive and is continuously improving.
Your experience of managing an Employee Benefits function, both strategically and operationally, will be a major benefit to my client. You will have responsibility for global Benefits and Wellbeing, and your experience of managing both UK and international benefits will allow you to leave a lasting impact on the business. You will need to be innovative and creative, taking the lead on projects and coming up with new ideas around benefits products and employee engagement.
