Up to 130k base plus bonus
Our client is a high-growth professional services firm seeking a strategic Benefits leader who will report directly to the firm's CHRO. The role will have oversight across Health, Retirement and Wellness benefits and initiatives in a self-funded environment.
The successful candidate will bring recent experience in a self-funded environment, 401k management within a 3(16) and 3(21) model, demonstrated experience managing successful partnerships with vendors and has strategically led the research, design and implementation of benefits programs. You will be comfortable leading these efforts in a stand-alone capacity.
