Benefits Manager (EST Zone Remote)

Our client is a leading financial services firm in their market niche and is currently looking for a Benefits Manager to join the HR team supporting employees across the US and Canada.

You will be responsible for leading on a variety of Benefit streams, with a particular focus on all Leaves, launching a Wellness program and designing and delivering Benefit communications and education initiatives. You will also support on evolving and automating broader benefit processes and ensuring strong compliance across the function. You will partner weekly with the HR, payroll and finance teams to ensure accuracy and high-quality data management. This position is remote but will need to be based in an east coast time zone and reports to the Head of Benefits.

To be successful in this position you will enjoy presenting and communicating with employees in a professional manner. You will be a self-starter who takes initiative and is solution focused. You will need multistate Benefits experience, be comfortable with advanced Excel use and any experience with Workday is beneficial.
