We are working with a leading Financial Services organisation and a local employer of choice, to recruit a permanent Benefits Team Leader to be based in Manchester.
Your new role
As Team Leder you will have responsibility this newly created function and team of two, training/coaching the team and ensuring consistent and effective service delivery. You will map processes and ensure all correct workflows are in place, ensure all policies are up to date and legally compliant. You will be responsible for managing the UK flexible benefits enrolment process, managing EMEA vendor and supplier relationships and managing the EMEA benefits renewal cycle.
You will become part of an ambitious and inquisitive organisation and therefore get involved in the harmonisation of benefits. You will oversee operational UK activities and support the team in areas such maintaining the benefits portal, answering queries from the business and P11D production.
What we're looking for
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone working within a benefits capacity to join a prestigious organisation and play a pivotal part in the development and success of this newly created function. You will need proven experience as a Benefits Manager with experience in a role which requires both hands on delivery and coaching/ developing others. You will need excellent written and verbal communications skills with strong attention to detail. You need to be extremely efficient in order to manage your time but also the team delegating effectively. Advanced use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
