We are engaged on a fantastic Benefits and Total Rewards Manager role with a dynamic and global small law firm with a very progressive culture. With a global headcount of about 450, our client is looking for a data and systems savvy US benefits expert with very strong Excel skills (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPS) who knows the ins and outs of US benefits and would like to grow within a cohesive systems and rewards department. There will be an opportunity to also develop knowledge of their twice yearly compensation processes, making for a truly unique global total rewards opportunity. There is a lot of runway to grow as a senior professional while receiving hard to obtain exposure within a high performing global environment. Knowledge of Workday would be a strong plus but training is also available.
The role will be a hybrid schedule, to be based two days a week at their NYC, Washington DC, or Miami offices and the rest of the week working from home. Basic relo for non local candidates may be available.
