A famous Investment/Asset Manager is currently looking for a Benefits Manager to join them and help drive through a large scale review and transformation of their benefits offering. This UK focussed role will offer complete agile/flexible working and the client will happily consider candidates who are looking for part-time or a condensed hours working pattern. Key for them is meeting a true 'benefits champion' who can bring strategic vision and passion as well as operational flair to ensure their current benefits offering is re-positioned into a 'best in class' propostion. There are some early wins around visibility and access, as well as longer term positioning and customisation. The business is hoping to meet Benefit Managers who can demonstrate ambition, broad thinking and creativity around creating an amazing experience for employees. Key skills are the ability to operationalise your vision and strategy and be the go-to Benefits SME for the business and stakeholders. You must have experience of driving large-scale benefits transformation programmes and can therefore advise this client on how to avoid some of the pitfalls and deliver an amazing and innovative end-user benefit experience. Reporting into the Reward Director, you will be given complete autonomy and independence to deliver your vision of what a leading benefits offering should look like, right from the start of the employee journey.
