Our client, a well-established supplier of delicatessen meats, cheeses, and condiments, is seeking a talented Bilingual Senior HR Associate to join their team at the Holland facility.
As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end employee relations, including conducting interviews, resolving work-related issues, and fostering strong relationships among the employees. Additionally, you will manage the recruitment efforts for professional-level roles.

Requirements:
– More than 3-5 years of HR experience

– Availability to work on-site five days a week (although the role offers flexibility)
