As a confident, engaging compensation & benefits professional you will have a high level education from a renowned University and have likely continued your own personal development through post graduate education. Having begun your career perhaps as a Consultant or on a management trainee program you have found yourself specialising in Rewards and pushed yourself to progress to a regional lead role with a globally renowned MNC business having been identified early on in your career as someone of 'high potential'.
You enjoy being a strategic partner to business leaders, are confident enough to take ownership and provide advice, guidance and direction on how the companys regional approach to their rewards strategy including executive compensation, STI, LTI, and ensure competitve benchmarking with market.
With a continued drive for improved productivity you will also take responsibility for producing performance analysis across the organisation in the region.
As a team leader you will enjoy developing your staff and be invested in them to continue delivering high level results.
Working with the business leaders and HR team you will help deliver on a coordinated approach to ensure the business delivers a market leading compensation & benefits program that will both attract and retain talent.
