They are currently looking for a C&B enthusiast from consulting to join their team.

Job Description
This position reports into the Head of HR and will work closely with the business leaders and heads of department to look at executive compensation primarily and to draft out a new total rewards philosophy. You will also be engaged in participating in the 360 performance review and hold responsibility over balancing the feedback from a compensation perspective. You will also engage in market studies and analysis to ensure the total rewards framework remains competitive and relevant to market/industry standards. As the organization is looking into constant improvement and transformation, there will be active re-designing, evaluation and analysis of jobs types/codes/families. Lastly, you will also support any other C&B initiatives throughout the region and globally.

The Successful Applicant
You should possess approximately 4-6 years of Total Rewards experience, coming from consulting backgrounds equiped with a degree in Human Resources or its equivalence. Ideally, you should possess experience in dealing with senior stakeholders and have the capability of influence and building relationships at the executive level. The successful individual would be numerically savvy and have a strong appreciation of excel. Excellent interpersonal communications skills and presentation would be a strong indicator for success.
