Our client is an US based Financial Firm, currently seeking a C&B Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager with minimum 3 years' of relevant experience to join their team. You will be reporting to the Head of C&B directly to support the HK office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain HRIS database and spreadsheets
- Research and collate information on salary or reward changes
- Typing up letters of correspondence
- First point of contact for Rem inquiries i.e. terms and conditions, pay enquiries etc
- Provide basic advice over the phone to line managers
- Research and collate information relating to benchmarking, remuneration reviews or staff salary surveys
- Typing up letters of correspondence
- Provide day to day operational support to Rem Managers / Consultants
- Coordinate and schedule meetings
- Provide and administer advice on remuneration and incentive plans
Experience, skills and professional attributes that our client is looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years' C&B experience in professional firms
- Bachelor's degree holder. Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Statistics, Data Analysis, Social Studies, or equivalent is preferred.
- High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Individual who enjoys working in a teamwork environment
- Detail minded with excellent organization skills
- Proficiency in General Microsoft Office applications
