About Our Client
An excellent opportunity to join a well-established financial firm under their Group office. They have been achieving sound profits year on year, and management has decided to expand the C&B team to cope with the fast-growing business. With impressive profit growth, they are looking to bring onboard a high calibre with rewards projects experience to join their C&B team. The business and HR functions are well developed and are highly supported by digital technology.
Reporting through to the Senior Manager, you will be working as a part of the Group C&B team in evaluating and analysing market data while supporting in Group Rewards projects and well-being programmes. You will be working on offer proposals and reviewing internal corporate grades to cope with the fast-growing business. You will also be supporting the team in reviewing existing benefits and implementing new programs that is compatible with the market.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a proven calibre with minimum 4 years of experience in C&B and regional Rewards projects. You should be fluent in both English and Cantonese. You must have excellent interpersonal skills with proven experience in working with country teams.
