Campus Coordinator – US Financial Firm

We are thrilled to be partnering with a leading US headquartered international financial trading firm on a newly created Campus Coordinator position. The business has a successful campus recruiting arm that has historically been a part of their organic growth and increasing global talent pool. As a Campus Coordinator, you will liaise with the campus team to support on a full breadth of campus scheduling and coordination across the firms local and global offices. Your role will incorporate day-to-day process management whilst working with sophisticated and advanced technology for scheduling and you’ll also assist with the planning and coordination of campus recruitment events. You’ll ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience is implemented from the very beginning whilst knowing how to problem solve and manage differing candidate scenarios.

We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual who brings 0-3 years of relevant experience preferably within the financial services industry or professional services space. You should have a strong interest towards the campus / coordination space with the ability to multitask and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail knowing how to operate within a fast-paced and international environment. You should show a willingness to learn, naturally demonstrating a proactive and inquisitive attitude and be comfortable working in a highly collaborative team with professional colleagues that give their best every day to the highest of standards.

We welcome exceptional fresh graduates who have demonstrated relevant internship experience and / or are looking to pivot towards the campus recruiting space.
