Campus Recruiter
We have a current permanent opportunity for a leading financial services firm who are recruiting a Campus Recruiter for their Technology teams.
This dynamic organisation are looking to hire a Campus Recruiter to support their Recruiting team as they identify, interview, and hire interns and new graduates for their Technology teams.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- 5-7 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably within graduate software engineering or technology recruiting
- Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact
- Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate clearly with colleagues and candidates
- Approachable and humble attitude about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help when needed, and be involved with administrative tasks where required
- Motivated self-starter who works effectively and can manage several projects and priorities simultaneously
- Passionate about campus recruiting, in particular, Technology roles
- Naturally curious about the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
- No financial services industry experience required
- Fluency in English required
This exciting permanent position will be based in the City, London and also offers hybrid working.
