Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding
We are thrilled to be partnering with a US leading multinational business on a newly created Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding position for APAC.
Belonging to an international business with extremely talented and energetic individuals, you’ll be part of a fast-paced business incorporating both campus recruiting efforts and employer branding initiatives. You’ll facilitate APAC-wide campus events and programs whilst running in-house events to help attract the best talent in the market utilizing both internal and external resources. You’ll collaborate with local universities and manage the end-to-end coordination and facilitation of career fairs, vendor management and all of the details and logistics in between to ensure a smooth running of events. You’ll also be a part of employer branding and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the global campus teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging and branding from a company-wide perspective.
We’re looking for an individual who brings strong recruiting experience combined with a background in employer branding / marketing. You should have a solid understanding of career fairs and events and be highly comfortable managing the end-to-end scope of logistical matters surrounding events planning and organisation. As a confident communicator, you’ll be someone who thinks outside the box and wears a commercial hat, knowing how to approach matters from different angles in a positive and can-do attitude. You’ll be engaging and be comfortable interacting with global stakeholders
