Our client, a global FMCG powerhouse, is seeking a visionary Campus Recruitment Manager to redefine how they attract and engage emerging talent. This role demands a creative strategist who can break away from traditional recruitment approaches and design captivating candidate experiences that resonate with graduates. You will be the architect of the company’s future talent pipeline, ensuring they secure the brightest minds across top universities in the region.

As the driving force behind campus recruitment, you will develop and execute innovative talent attraction strategies that position the company as an employer of choice. Your focus will extend beyond conventional career fairs to create immersive engagement platforms-think interactive digital campaigns, experiential branding initiatives, and partnership programs with academic institutions. You will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for graduate programs, from identifying high-potential candidates to designing assessment methodologies that evaluate for both capability and cultural fit. A critical part of your role will involve collaborating with marketing and employer branding teams to craft compelling narratives that showcase the company’s dynamic culture and growth opportunities. Additionally, you will analyze recruitment metrics to continuously refine strategies and ensure a competitive edge in the war for top talent.

The perfect candidate brings 5+ years of campus recruitment or early talent acquisition experience, ideally within fast-moving industries such as FMCG, technology, or consulting. We are looking for a natural innovator-someone who thrives on experimenting with new engagement formats and has a proven track record of building talent communities. Most importantly, you should possess an entrepreneurial spirit, agility to adapt to changing talent trends, and the passion to mentor the next generation of leaders.
