This Saudi power house is a large complex business leading the way in the utilities and energy sector in the country. Having gone through major change and investment in the past two decades, the organisation are looking to develop their culture change programs.
This role will sit within the Change Management division and report to the Head of Change, while partnering with the various business lines and Human Resources team. Your role will be to develop, roll out and embed a new culture change program to align with the new business strategy and results of a recent engagement survey.
This role will be best suited to strong change professionals, preferably with in-house and external consulting experience. You will be technically strong across change management methodology and practices and be an exceptional communicator with people at all levels. Strong project management skills and attention to detail are also a pre requisite for this opportunity.
