Change Manager

I am thrilled to be partnering with an FMCG market leader who is urgently seeking an experienced Change Manager to join this global business at a time of exciting growth and transformation. This is a 30 month contract with a view to start ASAP.

About the role
Based in Brisbane and reporting into the Change Lead, you will play an integral role in the successful delivery of a high profile transformation program, with a focus on People and Culture. Using your strong business acumen, delivery and influencing skills you will work closely with project leaders and subject matter experts, acting as a supportive partner; assessing impacts, creating and implementing change plans, stakeholder analysis and embedding change objectives and outcomes.

• Apply change management process and tools to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
• Identify and assess risk and design response/solutions/mitigation
• Coach and build change management capability within project teams
• Manage numerous Change initiatives per project: Communications & Engagement, Change Impact Assessment and internal and external stakeholder needs
• Project management for effective implementation
• Design and deliver training programs as required

About You
To be successful in the role you will have a hands-on approach and be solutions driven, able to take change methodologies and apply in an agile and practical way. You will feel comfortable in an ever-evolving environment which requires strong communication, facilitation and influencing skills. Ideally you will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Change Management or other related discipline or demonstrated relevant experience at a senior level and it would be desirable that you have had exposure to Global or M&A programs and the complexities that come with it.
