Chief HR Officer
We are delighted to be partnering with a retailer with long history in Asia. They are now going through digital transformation. With the new leadership team putting a heavy emphasis on people and culture, they are currently looking to find a Chief HR Officer who can support their growth and change journey in Asia.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be tasked managing the whole HR function across APAC. While they have an established HR practice in place, they are looking for someone who can review and reshape the function and the company culture to suit the needs for the future business model. As such, you will need to have excellent business acumen, solid change management experience and second to none HR leadership skills.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you possess a minimum of 15 years of Human Resources experience equipped with a degree in HR or its equivalence. The successful applicant should be ready to be both operational and strategic as this position would require the rolling up of sleeves while rebuilding the HR function. Having prior experience in an consumer product and retail would be advantageous. You should have the innate ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities with excellent senior stakeholder management skills to build relationships and influence through those relationships.
