About Our Client

We are partnering exclusively with a highly regarded MNC who is looking for a seasoned and passionate Head of HR to join an entrepreneurial C-Suite team who will collaborate to set up and grow a new digital start-up in Singapore from scratch as a new legal entity.

Role Requirements

This is a wonderful Head of HR opportunity where you will partner closely with the CEO and group leadership team to set up, drive and lead the Human Resources function end-to-end.

You will define the People Strategy, HR Structure, HR Operations and manage ongoing HR Change Projects supported by a team. You will help build and shape Organisational Capability, Organisational Design, Leadership, Engagement and Talent Development ensuring this is aligned with the Values and Culture of this newly formed organisation. You will also put in place Reward, Benefits, Resourcing and HR Ops processes which will complement this growing and evolving organisation utilising the broader world class group Resources, Data and Systems where possible as well as implementing bespoke Digital Programmes, HR Processes and Systems where appropriate. You will also hire, train and develop your HR team as well as build a diverse and high performing workforce.

The Successful Applicant

Our client is looking for a entrepreneurial, pro-active and high performing Head of HR from an international Fintech, Technology or Financial Services organisation based in Singapore. You will have extensive HR Business Partner / HR Generalist experience operating within a business going through rapid growth and change. You will ideally have a blend of corporate and start-up experience managing sizeable and small teams. You will have experience setting up and developing People Strategy, Operations and Projects from scratch, working as part of the ExecCo. You will have excellent communication skills, coaching challenging C-suite stakeholders and you will be able to navigate ambiguity and put in place an effective HR strategy operating in a strategic and operational HR Lead position. You will be passionate about Technology and Digital. The ability to navigate financial services organisations would also be beneficial.
