At the same time, they are also looking to build a strong succession planning for their HR vertical and is currently looking for a competent HRBP Lead for JAPAC.
You will be part of the change management journey where you will be involved in several projects spanning across both country and regional projects which will result in the betterment of the environment and engagement in the organization. Singapore is the regional commercial hub and hence you will be partnering with the APAC leadership and commercial teams where you will be tasked to engage in sophisticated thought processes that will bring the business to the next level. In addition, they are also looking to further strengthen their employer branding both internally and externally through winning awards, recognition from the industry and high employee engagement scores.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for someone who is able to engage in highly commercial and sophisticated conversations with senior leaders in the region. As a commercial HRBP lead, you will need to demonstrate your ability to stakeholder manage and influence the business; draw linkages between commercial activity and HR and to help lead the business to certain reality realizations so that expectations can be managed. You should possess flair, strong communication capabilities and should have a demeanour which people can feel your presence. Someone who has past experience doing so and in addition, helped organizations win HR accolades and recognition would definitely be an added advantage.
